氯化聚乙烯是由高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)经氯化而制成的高分子合成材料，呈白色粉末状，是一种热塑性弹性体。公司专业生产橡胶型（B型）和阻燃ABS专用改性剂（C型）二大系列，它具有优良的柔韧性、耐热性、耐候性、耐油性、阻燃性、耐化学性、耐臭氧性等。
B型作为特种橡胶可取代氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯等广泛用于磁性橡胶、电线电缆、胶管胶带等领域。
C型作为优良的阻燃改性剂大量用于阻燃ABS、PE和PP等的注塑产品中，改善阻燃性能，增加相容性。
